FROM DREAM TO REALITY

After being in the industry for 20 years and having done commission, renting, owning a salon spa, and now opening luxury studio spaces. I have experienced it all. 

My driving force was to create beautiful spaces that were designed to run individual businesses without the high upfront costs. Our industry after building their clientele, was hitting a ceiling with the traditional compensation model. Businesses couldn’t afford to give raises and employees couldn’t afford to stay. It was time for a change.

I saw Monroe as a place of community, where like-minded beauty and wellness professionals could experience that next challenge, while raising the bar for the industry as well as have more control over their earning potential and their careers. 

A passion of mine has been coaching and mentoring, bringing my knowledge, expertise and experience to support other business professionals. Business and education is my passion, taking business mastery, courses and programs while having coaches for the duration of my career has been a big part of my growth. Coaching and mentoring lights me up while supporting others growth and success. This is my happy place. 

Witnessing the success of others has made this journey completely rewarding.
