Yes! One member will be responsible for the lease agreement but you can work with your team, other colleagues and other businesses within your one studio. Every person will be required to go through the application process.

+ Can I share a single studio with another professional?

On premise washers & dryers, access to your suite 24/7/365, security cameras, utilities including heat, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, building maintenance fees, booking app, members lounge, client events and programming, marketing on our website and social media.

+ What are the amenities?

The requirement to secure membership is first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

+ How much do I have to pay to secure a membership?

The studios range in size from 90- 200 sq. ft.
